Molly G Handbags Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange/Return Policy for Full Price Items:

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the occasion that you’re not, we are happy to offer a refund, credit, or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 14 days of receiving and in its original condition.

 

We provide pre-paid labels for a flat rate of $10. The cost will be deducted from your refund. Should you choose to exchange the item, or receive store credit, the $10 fee will be waived.

All returns are subject to approval. To initiate a return, please email info@mollyg.com.

Once the return is received, it may take up to 5 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, we will refund the original form of payment, minus $10 for the cost of the pre-paid label. If you provided an e-mail on your original order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the return has been processed. Please allow several business days for the refund to post to your account. Processing times vary by banking institution.

Responsibility

All returns being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged nice and neat to avoid any damage during the parcels return to us. A bag being damaged during the return period may result in a non-refund due to our policy of the merchandise needing to be returned in its original condition.

Being Fair

Molly G handbags strives to be a fair fashion partner. However, if see any unusual activity or suspect that our return policy is being abused (I.E. Returning worn merchandise, returning an excessive amount of purchases), we may need to sever the relationship.
